Kracl Featured in Minnesota Lawyer's Breaking the Ice Series

Stinson LLP Partner Jessica Kracl is featured in a recent Minnesota Lawyer article, "Breaking the Ice: Legal career opens health care opportunities."

Kracl highlights her current practice of advising clients on regulatory compliance issues, with a particular focus on health information privacy obligations.

"My work is about helping clients earn and honor the trust of their customers," Kracl said. "I have clients who are direct care providers, innovators in medical technology, entrepreneurs with startups that are trying to improve access to health care. It's very engaging to have the opportunity to work with them and be a part of their team."

She also details her life outside of the legal profession, including what she's currently reading and watching, her favorite activities to do with her family, and the legal figures she admires.

Kracl's practice encompasses the full range of health care law. She has in-depth knowledge and experience with Stark law, state and federal anti-kickback laws, individual and facility licensing requirements, state and federal privacy and security laws, digital and tele- health initiatives and health care reimbursement. Kracl also has practical knowledge of matters involving corporate governance, tax exempt status, data privacy and security and business transactions.
