Tom Smallwood Named to 2020 List of "100 St. Louisans to Know"

Stinson LLP partner Tom Smallwood was recently named to St. Louis Small Business Monthly's "100 St. Louisians to Know" list in April.

Tom offers significant experience in real estate development and redevelopment financing, including tax increment financing and other public finance incentives. He counsels some of the country's largest financial institutions, as well as local community banks and REITs, on an array of secured transactions.

Within the community, Tom serves on the St. Louis Art Museum Corporate Partnership Program Committee, and has served as a board member for Angels’ Arms, a local nonprofit dedicated to finding homes and families for foster children, and has volunteered with Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts and Forsyth School.

The magazine compiles its list of 100 key executives, business owners and others in the business community with recommendations from community leaders. Judges then choose individuals based on their contributions to area small businesses and the overall business community.

The 100 St. Louisians were featured in April's issue of the magazine.
