Stinson Continues Growth of St. Louis Office with Two Business Litigation Partners

Partners Barry Haith and Jonathan Waldron recently joined Stinson LLP’s Business Litigation division, further growing the firm's footprint in St. Louis. 

“The additions of Barry and Jonathan mark four new attorneys in St. Louis this year, and contribute to our overall growth strategy for the St. Louis market,” said Michael Kaplan, managing partner of Stinson’s St. Louis office. “Our clients both locally in St. Louis and nationally will benefit from their experience and dedication to their practice and community.”

These two attorneys bring significant litigation experience in real estate, construction, environmental and insurance matters, and have counseled clients of all sizes both in Missouri and across the country. 

“Barry and Jonathan are extremely talented litigators who will meaningfully enhance our capabilities and client service,” said John Munich, chair of the Business Litigation division. “Both have the comprehensive knowledge and strength that supports our clients' needs in many ways, and enhances our litigation division.”

Haith concentrates his practice on commercial, real estate, construction, probate and trust, and fraud litigation. He works with clients on complex contract drafting, real estate and development projects, deal negotiations and lien and bond claims. Haith also serves as outside general counsel for many of his clients and advises on business planning, risk management and corporate problem solving. He serves on the board of directors of the Down Syndrome Association of St. Louis, and is a founding member of DADS St. Louis, an organization providing support to individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Haith earned his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law. 

Waldron counsels clients on environmental, construction and environmental litigation matters, as well as insurance recovery on behalf of insureds. He initiates contribution actions for cost recovery associated with remediation of Superfund and other pollution sites involving polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), hydrocarbons, benzene, lead and various other chemicals and heavy metals. He has received special commendations from the deputy attorney general of the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and has been selected to The Missouri Bar Pro Bono Wall of Fame. He also serves on the executive board of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis. Waldron earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
