Stinson provides patent preparation, prosecution, counseling and litigation services over a wide range of biotechnologies including biological therapies, diagnostics, biologically produced molecules and agriculture, both in the U.S. and abroad. We also enforce our clients’ patent rights and defend clients against claims of infringement. Our work securing and protecting intellectual property rights for biotechnology and life sciences companies includes work for public and private companies, ranging from small startups to large multinational corporations, as well as universities and government agencies.
